1.    Remove the excess oil from the skin

To treat oily skin, we need to remove the excess oil from our skin by medicated cleansers. Make it just twice or thrice a day and not more than four. Never wash your face more than three times a day, by doing it may irritate your skin and increase the dryness which could make your skin worse than before.

2.    Creamy moisturisers

Dryness is a sign of dehydration and lack of skin repairing vitamins, Maintain skin’s natural moisture level with cream based cleansers or medicated moisturisers which could keep your skin healthy and clear.

3.    Use warm water

Heavy cleansing creams can be a problem for your skin in any weather, so it is best to use warm water while you wash your face as it dissolves oil in your skin better than cold water. So always use warm water while washing your face or body.

4.    Clean and Dry

Sand damp skin leads to infections. And also ends up with rashes and different painful skin conditions. Dirty water causes severe infections of toes and other parts of the body. These conditions are too dangerous for diabetic patients. So it is always good to have a clean and dry skin.

5.    Medicated Soaps

For some people, skin gets wet and dry constantly because of the humidity. Wash your face thoroughly with medicated soaps or face wash for 5 to 7 minutes. And also if your face gets wet, just dab it with a tissue or apply moisturiser.

To avoid problems such as change in skin colour, dullness, texture, rashes and patchy skin my advice would be, to drink more water to overcome skin problems. Use anti-bacterial soaps, medicated face wash or cleansers to keep your skin healthy.
