All you should know about Nail Psoriasis

Topical treatment is usually applied overnight before you hit the bed, and is more effective if a plastic wrap is placed over the medicated areas.

Systemic medications:

Systemic medications are not usually the first choice treatment for psoriatic nails, but if a patient is taking these drugs for psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis; this might help in showing some improvement in nail symptoms.
