Banana Smoothie – For Kids

This refreshing summer drink will rejuvenate your kids. Instead of providing your kids with the normal boring instant drink, prepare this delicious & nutritious & easy to make drink, we bet, your kids will definitely like this.

Ingredients:

Banana – 1 ripe banana

Curd – 2 table spoon

Milk – ½ cup

Honey – 2 to 3 table spoon

Preparation:

1. Cut the banana into small pieces

2. Now take a blender and add the banana pieces, curd, Milk and Honey

3. Now blend these ingredients together until it becomes it becomes thick and creamy

4. Now pour this thick mixture into a drinking glass

5. Your smoothie is now ready to be consumed

Banana is rich in Vitamin A, which gives us immunity and good eyesight

Honey consists of Carbohydrates & Fructose which gives us energy
