Mutton Rice Soup

Fed up with regular morning breakfast, try this appetizing soup for your family. This creamy soup is easy to make and it is healthy too.


Onion – 1 large – Finely Chopped

Capsicum (Green & Red) color – Finely Chopped – ½ cup

Salt – to taste

Garlic – 5 pods – Finely Chopped

Boiled Rice – 1 cup

Mutton – ½ cup – Finely Chopped

Olive oil – 1 table spoon

Black Pepper – to taste – Crushed


– Add in the Olive oil to a pan and heat it

– Now add the finely chopped onion, capsicum, garlic, mutton and salt and sauté for few minutes

– Then add in the boiled rice and mix it well

– Next add in some water, the water should immerse the whole ingredients in the pan (ie., the water level should be thrice of the level of ingredients

– Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook until the mutton becomes soft and ready to eat,  now add some pepper and let it heat for a minute

– Now the soup is ready to serve
